2023 has been another successful and challenging year and at the same time extremely rewarding based on the positive feedback we have received from our Clients in meeting the vision of their Projects.
Over the last 36 years of operations we have forged a unique trust and partnership with many Clients which has brought us repeated projects and we strive to continually enhance our service delivery and quality standards in meeting our Clients aspirations and visions.

Hong Kong
Hong Kong remains our main base for projects and the market has been very active.
Our project with the Airport Authority Government lounges has been handed over and well received.
Works continue with Shun Tak Group as Main Contractor for the complete renovation of their Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan and is targeted to complete in the 4th quarter of 2023. Works comprise major A&A works to the facade, existing staircases, escalators and new lift and fitting out to all floors. This is a challenging Project as works are being carried out while the Retail Mall is still operational, with a significant portion of the A&A works being carried out only at night, to avoid tenant nuisance.
Gaw Capital’s Regent Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui has just completed its Grand Opening, and the 137 rooms we have delivered for Gaw have been operational since Soft Opening. Gaw Capital took over the previous Intercontinental Hotel in TST and have undertaken a major redevelopment of the Hotel to restore it once again to glory, on a project of which we are proud to have played a role.
The 88 Wing Lok Street commercial development was completed early in 2023, and handed over successfully for this commercial tower. We were responsible for the fit-out works for the main entrance lobby & typical office lobbies, corridors, toilets and also the Sky Garden.
We successfully handed over the Sportsman’s Bar renovation project for the Hong Kong Football Club and the reviews from Members have been solid, we are informed. Yearfull have completed numerous projects in Member’s Clubs in Hong Kong and this continues to be a target market for our operations.
Works continue in the Kai Tak Sports Park for interior fitting out to various areas within the Main Stadium. We are proud to work on one of the future icons of the Hong Kong skyline, which will play a part in the sports history of Hong Kong for years to come.
Our interior fitting out works concluded at Kerry Properties prestigious Beacon Hill Development within the allocated timeframe, with good feedback for this project of A & A works within the basement car parks and provision of brand new EV charging facilities.
Sino’s Gage Street Residential Development in Central continues apace, with delivery of the final product ready for sales expected in mid 2024. Our interior fir-out works following closely behind the closure of the facade works, in this property close to the Central street market.
We have been very busy recently assisting MTRC for interior fitting out works of their new Retail Mall (Southside) within their Wong Chuk Hang Development. Our works here acting again as Main Contractor include all MEP, and interior fit-out works to the public areas of this 500,000 sqft mall. This will be our sixth mall for MTRC within the last 24 years
Our Project at Man Yee Building Retail Mall in Central continues with the enhancement of various areas within the Mall, including toilet refreshment as well as A&A Works and provision of an additional passenger lift.
Our Project at China Building Renovation works in Central for Hutchison Whampoa has been completed with the enhancement of various areas including main entrance Lobby, typical lobbies and toilet refreshment.
We have moved a Team to the Kai Tak 4A Development where we will commence the interior works for Bathrooms, Kitchens and typical Lobbies for one Tower of this K. Wah Development. Completion is targeted within 2024.
We are also working hard on the new AIA Tower on Stubbs Road, which replaced the previous AIA tower which was demolished for this redevelopment. Our works include of the interior fitting out of the Main Lobby, multi-purpose hall and typical lift lobbies and toilets on every floor of this commercial development.
Yearfull has been a Registered Building Contractor since 1989 and can undertake all forms of A&A Works.
Macau
With the recent news that a significant number of Casino licences have been renewed in Macau, we await to see the associated developments and continue the good work we have delivered in Macau over the last 20 years.
Yearfull operates under a Construction Licence issued by DSSOPT since 2004, and we look forward to re-engaing with the market in Macau in the near future.
China
We continue to serve our long standing Client Huawei and successfully completed a flagship store in their Shenzhen campus. We also have ongoing work in the Beijing facility.
Our project for the interior fitting out of a penthouse in Shanghai Peninsula Apartments for a private owner has been completed and well received.
Yearfull has a class One Licence for Fitting Out as well as a Class Two Licence for MEP which allows us to serve our Clients in large scale Projects.
Singapore
Through our long standing working relationship with Venetian Sands China we have been awarded the Main Contract for the reconfiguration and renovation of one of their existing high end gaming venues within MBS Integrated Resort. This project will last 2 years and be refurbished in various phases to suit their business operations, completion is scheduled on August 2024.
Yearfull has a Building Licence with the Singapore Building Authority for Fitting out Works.
