Chairman's Statement

_{The recent prevailing market conditions have set challenges to the broader industry, Hong Kong as a whole, as well as ourselves here at Yearfull.  Stability is necessary in these times, and the core to such stability is having a team who are fully equipped, ready and willing to push on through such challenges.  Here at Yearfull, we are lucky to have such a team, who have been through similar cycles previously, and front-line staff who are familiar in dealing with the challenges we face today.} 

_{Despite all the recent challenges, we still maintain our position as one of the leading integrated fitting-out contractors in Asia, and we have a drive to enhance our position through our capabilities.  We have continued to drive quality, and balance it with cost-savings for our clients, whilst delivering the value that is expected in this market.}  

_{The projects in 2025 were diverse and allow us to demonstrate the fit-out and quality for which we are known.  We continue to work with old friends and acquaintances, as well as enhancing and enjoying new formed relationships to strengthen our diversification. We always look forward to delivering projects, and thrive on challenging and difficult project where we are able to show our strengths in the market.   Our purchasing and project teams thrive on delivering value-engineering and time-saving ideas, ready for Clients to benefit from this mutual understanding.}

_{Hong Kong, Macau, China and Singapore remain our key markets.  We maintain a robust staff-base within these areas, ready and equipped to deliver. We welcome discussions with any Clients with requests for projects in other particular regions and are happy to discuss opportunities which may be challenging to others.}

_{We maintain our status as a Hong-Kong Registered General Building Contractor and we continue to drive forward our Building and Alterations & Additions experience.  We have held appropriate licenses in Macau, Singapore and China for many years and continue to re-validate these as and when required.}
